Salsa Class for New Beginners
Heidi prefers to run courses as everyone learns a lot more this way.
SALSA for NEW BEGINNERS COURSE - Starts Wednesday 10 SEPT
The New St Martins Community Centre, Rue Maze,
6.40pm for 1 hour + 5 mins social dancing before & after the lesson to practice & enjoy all youve learnt!
11 week course of mainly Salsa, possibly some Cha Cha, Merengue (an easy form of Salsa) & Bachata from Dominican Republic where Heidi lived for 2 years dancing 80 hours a week!
Wed 29 Oct Lesson + Free Salsa Halloween Party!
Everyone learns a lot more on a structured course with all new beginners starting at the same time! (Continuation Courses available!)

CLOTHING
Any cool comfortable clothing that you can lift your arms in - you will warm up quite quickly.
Skirts that fly out look nice - & jeans show off your wiggle!
SHOES
Shoes with smooth bottoms are best (Not trainers that grip the floor as you turn)
www.RotateUK.com have a great selection of reasonably priced dance shoes with flexible suede bottom soles which will enhance your dancing.
Men please order split soles (not ballrooms shoes which are rigid)
'Jazz' with a small heel are good.
